He graduated from University of Benin and was called to the Nigerian Bar in 1986. He practiced law with the firms of A. N. Okunna & Associates, Enugu- Nigeria and Gboyega Famodu & Co. Lagos- Nigeria. He is a member of;

He is highly regarded commercial law practitioner and a renowned Federal Government Prosecutor. He is a high ranking member of the newly constituted National Prosecuting Coordination Committee –In charge of prosecuting all Federal Government –criminal/Anti- corruption cases. He is currently on a national assignment of global assets tracing, recovery and repatriation of Nigerian stolen funds all over the world.
Olatunbosun Okpeseyi, B.A.(Hons), Msc., LLB (Hons), BL, MNIM, MIFMA, MIPD(UK)
Mr. Olatunbosun Okpeseyi graduated from University of Benin in 1995, with a First degree in Linguistics and African Languages. He also has a Masters degree in Industrial and Labor Relations from University of Lagos and a First class degree in Law from, Igbinedion University, Okada- Edo State and was recently called to the Nigerian Bar.
He also bagged a Post Graduate Diploma in Auctioneering from the University of Ibadan Consultancy Service Unit .

Chris Nevo, LLB (Hons) (Ife), BL, LLM. Aberdeen (Uk)
Mr. Chris is a graduate from Obafemi Awolowo University, Ife. He also has a Master’s degree in Oil/Gas law from Aberdeen (R.G.U) –the oil Capital of Europe-. His practice area encompasses forensic litigation and commercial Arbitration, finance/Banking/Insurance, taxation, Energy dispute, insolvency proceedings & Employment/Labor-Industrial Relations matters.
His robust experience in litigation traverses all the strata of superior courts in Nigeria, including the Supreme Court of Nigeria. He is a member of the Nigeria Bar Association, International Bar Association, Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (UK) Energy Institutes (UK) Nigerian Gas Association. He belongs to the Energy – Oil and Gas -group of the firm.
Ayodeji Oshin, LLB.(Hons), BL.
Mr. Ayodeji is a highly motivated professional and determined team player who is driven by excellence. His pressure qualities reveal dedication, a high level of initiative and dynamism. He is passionate about the law and he seeks to consciously gain legal knowledge which he uses to achieve the client’s desired objectives.
He is a graduate a law from  University of Lagos, Lagos State. He was called to the Nigerian Bar in 2009. He is a member of the Nigerian Bar Association His areas of practice include Insolvency, Property Law, Corporate Services and Arbitration. He belongs to the Construction/Property Group.
Adewale Kazeem Oniyide LL.B (Hons) B.L
Mr. Adewale is a graduate of Law from Olabisi Onabanjo University, Ogun State and he was called to the Nigerian Bar in 2011. He has been actively involved in legal practice and well grounded in litigation up to the Supreme Court of Nigeria. His advocacy and legal writing skills is top notched and has great analytical mind.
His areas of specialisation cut across General Litigation, Arbitration, Corporate and Commercial Practice, Property Law Consultancy, Banking, Election Petition, Insurance, Energy, debt recovery & insolvency proceedings, Taxation, Insurance and Employment/Labour-Industrial Relations matters.
He is a member of the Nigeria Bar Association and International Bar Association.
Abimbola Akintola (Miss) LLB (Hons), BL, LLM
Miss Abimbola is a dedicated and enthusiastic individual driven by passion and excellence. Her core values are determination to excel, strong organizational and interpersonal skills, Consistent hard work, diligence, excellence and high level of professionalism. She graduated from Babcock University in 2011 with second class upper division and was called to the Nigeria Bar in 2012. She is a member of the Nigerian Bar Association.
Her areas of practice includes, general litigation-Civil / Criminal prosecution/defence, Property Law, Corporate Services, white collar crimes, Arbitration and the use of Alternative Dispute Resolution (A.D.R) mechanisms. She is a member of the Investigation and prosecution of Financial Fraud/Asset Tracing Group and Corporate Service Group.
ADENIYI ADERINBOYE LL.B (HONS.) BL, GradIcsan
Adeniyi Aderinboye was called to the Nigerian Bar in 2015.
Before joining the Firm, Adeniyi had his first stint of practice at the Law Firm of JB Daudu (SAN) & Co Kaduna, where he was involved in several Criminal and Civil law cases up to the appellate Courts as a Junior Counsel. His major interest include; Arbitration, Labour law, Maritime and Corporate Law practice.
He is an active member of the Nigerian Bar Association and the Immediate Past Secretary of the Young Lawyers’ Forum (Abuja Branch).
Adeniyi is a graduate member of the Institute of Chartered Secretary and Administrators of Nigeria and also an Associate member of the Institute of ADR Registrars Nigeria.
Complementing his Professional interest is his passion for Community Service. This informed his membership of the Junior Chamber International (Abuja Unity). He has written several published law articles.
Jimoh Hamzat, WASSCE, Computer Studies (Intermediate)
Mr. Jimoh is a desktop publisher with well founded knowledge of Secretariat practice and office routine. He is a graduate of Computer Academy College, Ibadan, Oyo State and has been in active litigation secretariat practice with notable top law firms in Nigeria. His experience in law office secretariat services spanned through his experience of occupying similar position in various organisations.
He is the Secretary and Administrative Manager of our Lagos Office.
Adebukola O. Akanni (Mrs) B.A (ED) English Language
Mrs Adebukola is an experienced and highly skilled personnel who is conversant with administrative and secretariat services. She graduated from Ambrose Alli University, Ekpoma, Edo State in 2009. She has worked actively as a teacher for several years and also as an administrative secretary.
She presently occupies the Administrative manager position in the Abuja Office of Dipo Okpeseyi & Co.
Monisola Modupe Adeyemo (Miss), Bsc (Hons) Accounting
Miss Monisola is a graduate of University of Abuja where she obtained a Bachelor's degree in Accounting. She is diligent, loyal, hardworking person with exhuming communication and interactive skills. She draws her motivation from the willingness to excel, ability to learn fast and honesty.
